Christopher Lee

Christopher Lee has served as our Chief Financial Officer since November 2014. Mr. Lee has over 20 years of experience in accounting and finance field, including US GAAP, PCAOB standards and SEC rules and regulations. Prior to joining us, Mr. Lee worked in KPMG, Arthur Andersen, Big 4 CPA firms and NASDAQ listed company as Deputy Controller and Interim Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Lee holds a BS degree in accounting from Ohio State University and a MS degree in business taxation from Golden Gate University and is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the United States.
